Job Description

As an Account manager, you will be responsible for defining the reseller’s target of wallet, growth rate, and program qualification/certification, identifying gaps, and defining actions on how to close gaps.

 

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate different available internal resources to support partners to drive joint revenues and use success-leveraging methods to support sales.
  • Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI.
  • Define the reseller’s target of wallet, growth rate, and program qualification/certification, identify gaps and define actions on how to close gaps.
  • Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate.
  • Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events & programs.
  • May attend country partner events for meeting key partners.
  • Responsible for a portfolio of partners and developing their sell-out, growth, and margin.
  • May have deal pricing delegation rights and be expected to demonstrate required skills to utilize effectively.
  • Manage partner forecasting/partner’s performance by tracking tools.
  • Work together with partners to drive revenue and support them to close big deals.
  • Aggressively review account activities in pursuit of new business/upselling opportunities.
  • Understand partner market and competition. Evaluate reseller interest.
  • Drive Attach rates with resellers.
  • Hunt & Recruit new partners when relevant.
  • Educate partner sales force on products and solutions, and create partner loyalty.

 

Targeted Qualifications

  • Language Fluency ๐—–๐Ÿญ/๐—–๐Ÿฎ ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—น in one of the following languages:
    • Danish
    • Norwegian
    • Swedish
    • Dutch
    • Flemish
    • Latvian
    • Lithuanian
    • Estonian
  • ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต ๐—•๐Ÿฎ ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—น ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ.
  • Min 2 years related technical sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both oral and written).
  • Solid knowledge of sales CRMs, and Microsoft Office package.
  • Eager, quick learner with the ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
  • Experience in working in a Channel environment and knowledge of partners and distributors is considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions.
  • Target/goal oriented with sound business acumen and commercial mindset.
  • Familiar with channel programs.
