Job Description
As an Account manager, you will be responsible for defining the reseller’s target of wallet, growth rate, and program qualification/certification, identifying gaps, and defining actions on how to close gaps.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Orchestrate different available internal resources to support partners to drive joint revenues and use success-leveraging methods to support sales.
- Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI.
- Define the reseller’s target of wallet, growth rate, and program qualification/certification, identify gaps and define actions on how to close gaps.
- Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate.
- Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events & programs.
- May attend country partner events for meeting key partners.
- Responsible for a portfolio of partners and developing their sell-out, growth, and margin.
- May have deal pricing delegation rights and be expected to demonstrate required skills to utilize effectively.
- Manage partner forecasting/partner’s performance by tracking tools.
- Work together with partners to drive revenue and support them to close big deals.
- Aggressively review account activities in pursuit of new business/upselling opportunities.
- Understand partner market and competition. Evaluate reseller interest.
- Drive Attach rates with resellers.
- Hunt & Recruit new partners when relevant.
- Educate partner sales force on products and solutions, and create partner loyalty.
Targeted Qualifications
- Language Fluency ๐๐ญ/๐๐ฎ ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น in one of the following languages:
- Danish
- Norwegian
- Swedish
- Dutch
- Flemish
- Latvian
- Lithuanian
- Estonian
- ๐๐ป๐ด๐น๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐ฎ ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ต๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ.
- Min 2 years related technical sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both oral and written).
- Solid knowledge of sales CRMs, and Microsoft Office package.
- Eager, quick learner with the ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
- Experience in working in a Channel environment and knowledge of partners and distributors is considered as an advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions.
- Target/goal oriented with sound business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Familiar with channel programs.
