Administrative Assistant

supporting the activities of the General Manager and the EU Representative of the Search and Information Industry Association Europe.

The association is a non-profit association headquartered in Switzerland. We are looking for a candidate that speaks and writes fluent English, has advanced PowerPoint or other presentation tool skills and has good excel skills. The candidate must be familiar with all social media best practices and basic website administration/ design.

The candidate must be able to post news for communities and community apps.

The candidate be willing to work flexible hours especially in March/April and September/October. The position is estimated at an average of 20 hours per week, with peak hours in the above months and low hours in Summer Holidays and Christmas Holidays, but during the high months weekend work is expected.

The individual must be self-starting, able to make decisions and must be excellent in written and verbal communication. Position could include travel 2 times a year to excellent locations for the right candidate. The position can be conducted from a home office, with visits to the General Manager a minimum of 1 time per month. The General Manager is located in Prague. English is a must, German and French would be a bonus. ICO and contractor basis is necessary, we are not an employer in The Czech Republic.
