Role description

  • Verbal and written communication with collaborators such as university affiliations, mentors networks and supportive sponsors and partners
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Travelling and hotel arrangements
  • Social Media posting
  • Office supplies

Job Requirements


  • 2-3 years of proven relevant work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both verbal & written)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work independably and within strict deadlines
