Job Description

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for creating proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI) and more.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO.
• Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information.
• Represent the company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.).
• Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners.
• Maintain/monitor affiliate programs and activities.
• Review sales reports to determine if campaigns are producing results or need to be improved/discontinued.
• Write marketing briefs to develop assets for campaigns and initiate new campaign ideas/bonus offers for affiliates.
• Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain relationships with current Affiliates/IBs.
• Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI).
• Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with the affiliate program.
• Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities.

Targeted Qualifications

• Fluency level of 𝗖𝟮 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻.
• Fluency level of 𝗕𝟮 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.
• Exceptional planning and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), curious and positive attitude.
• Min. 𝟭 𝘁𝗼 𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 experience in an Affiliate Manager role is a must.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or a related field is considered a plus.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.
• Experience within the Forex or Fintech industry is seen as an advantage.
• Ability to travel to conferences and/or team meetings in other locations when needed.
• Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office package (Excel).
• Knowledge of affiliate networks.
