Description of the project
Integrated Identity Management project is aiming to integrate and harmonize consent across all channels. Integrated Identity Management project is integrating multiple entry points across multiple platforms and multiple consent definitions, resulting in consistent data flow across all platform and systems.
Communicate with local market representatives to explain IIM core product and understand their requirements related to market rollouts of integrated identity management
Produce and maintain functional documentation, process requests from product owner, project management, Technical Analysts and Architects to support the SDLC documentation process and project rollouts documentation
Prepare Specifications of the solution (including but not limited to use cases, screen flow, screen description, validation rules, LOV’s mapping, Translation) and internal teams to deliver a successful role out.
Become partner to Project Management Office to ensure timely delivery of the project by actively reaching out to all partners to solve and co-ordinate business aspects of the delivery.
Provides support to team when diagnosing issues and problems.
Participate and provide test support and co-ordination in SIT and UAT phases of the project.
Support test case creation as required
