Job Description

As a Business Development Executive “BDE”, you will be responsible for researching, initiating plans,  and onboarding new partners.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
• Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to clients in a timely manner.
• Research, identify and onboard new partners.
• Attend conferences, expos, and industry events.
• Contact the clients via telephone to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor affiliate promotions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify and recruit new affiliates and IBs to join the partner program.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Maintain meaningful relationships with the partners.
• Continually motivate affiliates to perform better.
• Utilize strategic account planning and sale pipeline management tools.

Targeted Qualifications

• Language Fluency – 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗶 – 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 – 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝟮 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹.
• Language Fluency – 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝟭/𝗖𝟮 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner.
• 𝟮+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗙𝗫 related Business development role (essential). You must have your own network/portfolio.
• A resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Sales-oriented mindset.
• 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱.
• Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
• Comfortable communicating using various channels (𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲).
