Little Ass Burrito Bar is a casual dining Mexican restaurant business. Our mission is to produce amazing Mexican inspired food, in a way that empowers our staff, supports our suppliers and inspires our customers. As a team, we are obsessed with the rich and wonderful food culture of Mexico, and we are now looking for other Mexican food obsessives to join us.
The Position – Business Development Associate
The lucky new team member will be someone who cares about and enjoys the company of people. Someone who is organised, loves good food, a little tech savvy and always looking to grow, develop and achieve as a person. The position is highly incentivised and there will be significant advancement opportunities within the business.
You will be responsible for developing and managing the sales and marketing for the company, with a set initial focus on developing our catering and corporate business. If you have any sales or marketing experience that will help but not an absolute requirement.
Requirement
All candidates will be required to submit a proposal on how they will approach the role, add value and bring the business forward.
