Job Description

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and proposing technical Call Centre/BPO solutions to address business requirements and strategic priorities of a need or request from a client.

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partners.
  • Lead end-to-end.
  • Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or clients.
  • sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and strategic direction through to transition planning and final implementation.
  • Design and propose technical Call Centre/BPO solutions to address business requirements and strategic priorities of a need or request from a client.
  • Promote a culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and other business or social networking.
  • Engage with marketing to drive lead generation.
  • Develop and implement strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts.

 

 

Targeted Qualifications

  • Language Fluency ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต ๐—–๐Ÿญ/๐—–๐Ÿฎ ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—น.
  • Closing deals $2,000,000 ++.
  • ๐—”๐—ฃ๐—”๐—–’s Previous Experience is a desirable skill.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Accounting, Business, management, Economy, and/or Marketing and related disciplines is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proven success winning $multi-million contracts for both “new logo” business and existing accounts.
  • Possess strong commercial awareness and experience of sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Substantial Sales experience within the international BPO industry (๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น๐˜† ๐—ผ๐—ณ๐—ณ-๐˜€๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—–๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐—น๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€/๐—จ๐—ฆ/๐—”๐—ฃ๐—”๐—–-๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ฐ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€).
  • Flexibility to work in the office/side with shifting or flexible working hours.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategies.
  • Have a detailed awareness of Vertical Market Sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
