Job Description

As a CAA, you will be responsible for preparing and conducting Technical Assessments with customers.

 

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sizing the to-be 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
  • Provide delivery with key information during the sales cycle.
  • Provide feedback to the Sales Team on the 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹.
  • Perform workshops with customers (𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗛𝗔 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝘀, 𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀).
  • Work on the Latest 𝗦𝗔𝗣 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗕𝗧𝗣/𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲/𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀/𝗨𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 & 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀).
  • Review the technical accuracy of the Bill of Material.
  • Analyze Early Watch Reports & Technical Data.
  • Provide turnover to delivery of key items during the sales cycle.
  • Onboarding Questionnaire Support (assist customers with questions on onboarding).
  • Answer questions of delivery specific to the delivery.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team on architecture, landscape, and to-be.
  • Prepare Technical Assessments and conduct Technical Assessments with customers.
  • Answer questions from customers relating to delivery.
  • Do technical validation of customer landscape.

 

 

Targeted Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 – 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝟭 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 – 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝟭 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿.
  • Results-driven and self-organized with great decision-making skills.
  • 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 with a minimum of  𝟭𝟬 – 𝟭𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 work experience in a customer-facing role (consulting, IT services,.. etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in any of hyper scaler “𝗔𝗪𝗦, 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗖𝗣” is needed.
  • Experience in 𝗦𝗔𝗣 𝗨𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 & 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗢𝗦/𝗗𝗕) is required
  • Good understanding & hands-on experience required in 𝗦/𝟰𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗔 application & 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗔 database
  • Experience in SaaS products (𝗔𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗮, 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲, 𝗖𝟰𝗦 𝗲𝘁𝗰.) integration with 𝗦𝗔𝗣 Landscape is a plus.
  • Excellent networking/relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
  • Understanding of escalation handling and procedures.
