Job Description

As the team Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicating them to your team.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit performance reports.
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
  • Decide on rewards and promotions based on performance.
  • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
  • Hire and train new employees.
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems.
  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.

 

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency level of 𝗖𝟭/𝗖𝟮 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵.
  • Fluency level of 𝗕𝟮 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to adhere to deadlines.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
  • Team player.
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role.
  • A resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
