Job Description

As the team Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the performance of direct reports through the use of appraisals, objective setting, training, development, and performance improvement plans.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage performance of direct reports through the use of appraisals, objective setting, training, development, and performance improvement plan.
  • Ensure the introduction of best practices including but not limited to recruitment, reporting, motivation, staff retention, training, and escalation.
  • Build strong productive working relationships with your customers and their management teams.
  • Manage all disciplinary issues effectively.
  • Ensure the team achieves the agreed Service Levels + Revenue target.
  • Hold regular team meetings and ensure regular communication to motivate the staff.
  • Provide performance statistics and reporting to the customer as required.
  • Organize a recurrent governance model with your customers to review the service levels.

  • Fluency level of ๐—–๐Ÿญ/๐—–๐Ÿฎ ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—š๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ป.
  • Fluency level of ๐—•๐Ÿฎ ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต.
  • Familiarity with business processes, tools, and CRM systems.
  • A degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong sales and pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Business knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to implement and manage change. Motivate, encourage and coach others to develop strong relationship-building and sales skills.
  • Ability to follow the security rules of the company.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong people management skills โ€“ interpersonal skills, appraisal skills, interviewing skills.
  • Excellent decision-making/problem-solving skills.
  • Operational/business management experience is needed.
  • Demonstrable management experience within an outsourced service delivery environment.
  • Previous international experience is a plus.
