It is a B2B platform which connects and improves the relationship between companies and carriers in order to move pallets. We offer shippers a web platform to make the process of finding the right truck quick and simple with built-in track and trace. Carriers are able to accept shipments through a mobile app, letting them grow and manage their business with ease.

What you will be doing day to day

Establish OnTruck brand & voice & tone with the media, third parties and internal teams;

Develop and own the overall Communication strategy and processes (including channel, message & implementation plan)

Work with the Marketing Team to support the development, and manage implementation of the PR, social media and communication strategies across B2B

Work with internal teams to improve existing communication channels and ensure that we have the right data architecture

Play a key role in assessing the client impact of proposed business, product and technical changes.

Working with in house designers to create on brand campaigns and visual digital assets for events and PR

Lead and develop creative campaigns and ideas for PR, events and social media.

Attend talks and events relevant to the property industry and share insights, tweet and stream live social media content for the brand.

Use media monitoring and distribution tools to report on brand mentions, PR and channel performance, reveal insights and provide recommendations.

Create and maintain relationships with relevant influencers, journalists, bloggers and digital community leaders.

Manage media partners, competitions, social media promotions and events to ensure consistency across all communications channels and flawless execution

Monitor press stories relating to the company and its brand, maximising opportunities for positive PR and coordinating crisis comms if required

Your profile

Fluent in English and Spanish

Ideally you will be degree educated, preferably within communications, marketing or media, and / or have high profile brand management experience

Previous experience writing and placing press releases and data-led consumer stories to media.

Experience in marketing strategies

Work understanding of PR, communications and marketing platforms

Passionate about high-growth startups
