Job Description

As a Crypto Ops Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve productivity and maintain high standards of service delivery.




Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the back office functions, (transaction processing, documentation, and customer support) ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in Crypto operations, and proactively implement relevant updates.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve productivity and maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity in all areas of the operation.
  • Manage HR processes (including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee development) to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the Crypto operation (including sales, customer service, back office, risk management and HR functions).
  • Collaborate with risk management teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor compliance with risk management protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and streamline operational workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among team members. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and provide guidance to sales teams, ensuring effective strategies and targets are set and achieved.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.



Targeted Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on optimizing processes and achieving operational goals.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Crypto/FX/Gaming/BPO operations, including sales, back office functions, risk management, and HR processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Living in Manila or being willing to relocate to Manila.
  • Proven work experience in operations management, preferably in the Crypto/FX/Gaming industry or in BPO setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
