Job Description

As a Customer Advisor, you will identify issues the clients are facing, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, and guide customers within the time limits.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Identify issues the clients are facing, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, and guide customers within the time limits.
• Document each action taken in a CRM system in detail.
• Identify when the issue should be reassigned to another department.
• Assist customers of an e-commerce platform using multiple channels as assigned depending on the need (incoming telephone calls, emails, and chat).
• Collaborate with other agents or teams in case of more complex cases.
• Use cheat sheets, guides, and protocols provided during the training.

Targeted Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 – 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝟭 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿.
• 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 – 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗕𝟮 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿.
• A resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
• Accurate, efficient, and respectful communication manner.
• Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC-based internet and software applications (e.g. internet, Microsoft Office).
