Job Description

We are looking for German speakers to join the Team. If your German level is B2 or higher, want to become part of a winning team, want to double your salary or more by up-selling the client’s services and starting a new career chapter, then this opportunity is for YOU.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Professionally answering Customers’ questions about the products and services provided.
2. Listening to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem and helping them.
3. Solving customer issues quickly and efficiently as possible.
4. Recommending services “Up-Selling” and explaining how they will benefit the customer.

Targeted Qualifications

Must-Have:

1. Knowledge of the German language to a degree that allows free communication.
2. German, starting B2 level.
3. Know your way around the internet.
4. Good computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
5. Positive attitude and a team player.

Good To Have “It’s a plus”

1. Previous Up-Selling experience is a plus.
2. Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.
3. English is a plus.
