Customer Service Representative – Italy

for twago – Europe’s largest online platform for freelance work

part-time | unlimited contract

Your role as Customer Service Representative

  • You are the first point of contact for customer queries by e-mail and phone (no call center activities)
  • You are accountable for your quantitative and qualitative goals
  • You communicate our services to relevant target groups in a friendly and competent manner and provide professional advice to our clients
  • You monitor the quality of twago projects and public comments and contribute to the optimization of our service processes
  • You are responsible for the documentation of client feedback and bring in your own ideas on how to improve our platform
  • You execute evaluations and analyses on different topics, such as loyalty and success rates of users or preparations for marketing & sales campaigns

What you should bring in

  • You already have working experience in an internet startup within customer care
  • You enjoy talking on the phone and possess a pronounced service mentality
  • You possess perfect language skills in Italian (mother-tongue)
  • Very good English skills (our daily communication within the office is in English)
  • Self-responsible working style and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Excellent writing, communication and negotiating skills
  • Professional and friendly appearance, you are flexible and possess the ability to think ahead
  • Experienced in using the internet, CRM and ticketing tools

A plus would be

  • one of the following languages (German, Spanish or French)
  • experience with salesforce is a plus
