Job Description

As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing clients and offering them the best solution services.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• Resolve and answer any questions/queries asked by the client, if able to help or escalate it to the relevant department.
• Ensure existing clients are satisfied as well as gaining and using feedback.
• Understand and help to meet the targets and aims of the client.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients, and offer them the best solution services.
• Give presentations to clients about products or services.
• Ensure that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients.
• Research industry trends.

Targeted Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 – 𝗖𝟮 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 – 𝗕𝟮 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 or higher.
• Good understanding of financial markets and financial instruments.
• Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
• 𝗠𝗶𝗻. 𝟭 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 of experience in a Client Relationship, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Support role within the Forex industry.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Degree in Economics, Business, or any other relevant field.
• Passionate about the financial markets.
• High time management skills.
• Knowledge of technical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, a high achiever.
• Knowledge of fundamental analysis.
