Job Description

As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for identifying problems and proactively eliminating errors “through phone, email, chat,…etc”

 

 

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • The first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, and solving emerging issues.
  • Professional telephone, Email, and Chat support in solving customer problems.
  • Recognizing customer needs.
  • Participation in specialized training.
  • Understanding customer needs and assisting to solve the issue faced.
  • Building a good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing additional insights on how to improve them.

  • Salary Offered: 7500 PLN Basic Gross Monthly Salary + 500 PLN gross Monthly Bonus + Sign-in Bonus.
  • Technical training, soft skills training, and Development Programs.
  • Shift Based: Yes.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Sunday “5 days/weekly”
  • Hybrid Model in Szczecin, Poland.
    • 2 weeks working from home.
  • Employment contract “Civil and Labour contracts”
