Salary Offered:

  • Hungary: 500K – 650K HUF gross Monthly Salary
  • Romania: 4000 NET RON.

Client: E-Commerce.

Start date: 16/10/2023.

Job Description

As a Customer Support, you will assist customers with their inquiries, request or orders by properly, completely and accurately entering data in the support tools.

 

 

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company/client policies.
  • Solve customer cases and support online orders in a timely manner.
  • Handle incoming contact via various channels (live chat, email, messages, contact forms) from E-commerce platform users regarding their orders/queries while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Any additional ad hoc tasks that may contribute to a better service to the client with quality or improvement to the KPI.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, request, or orders by properly, completely, and accurately entering data in the support tools.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) whilst maintaining excellent quality.
  • Immediately deal with or escalate suspected or recognized customer issues as per defined procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients, and establish a positive rapport with every contact.

 

 

 

Targeted Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German – Minimum B2 level or higher.
  • English – Minimum C1 level or higher.
  • High emotional intelligence and soft skills with the ability to serve high-profile customers.
  • Experience in a multi-system environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), ability to communicate well with internal and external contacts.
  • Preferably 1-year experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional manner, understanding customer concerns.
  • Tech savvy/computer literate with experience and Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to function and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent comprehension and problem-solving skills.
