Job Description

As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing informational support to customers using various channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement outbound contacts to customers in line with business processes.
• Provide informational support to customers using various channels.
• Maintain regular and ad hoc reporting in line with company standards.
• Resolve customer issues in an efficient manner.

Targeted Qualifications

• Fluency level of 𝗖𝟭 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 Hungarian.
  • Polish and Romanian “Might be needed in the near Future”
• Fluency level of 𝗕𝟮 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You will be required to take a basic online language test.
• Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office package, and Google Drive.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time.
• Detail-oriented with a self-motivated mindset.

• Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
