Job Description

As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing informational support to customers using various channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

Implement outbound contacts to customers in line with business processes.
Provide informational support to customers using various channels.
Maintain regular and ad hoc reporting in line with company standards.
Resolve customer issues in an efficient manner.

Targeted Qualifications

Fluency level of 𝗖𝟭 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 one of the following languages:
- Polish.
- Romanian.
- Hungarian.
Fluency level of 𝗕𝟮 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.
Customer service oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be required to take a basic online language test.
Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office package, and Google Drive.
Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time.
Detail-oriented with a self-motivated mindset.
