Job Description

As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for helping customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns,…etc

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• The 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, and solving emerging issues “Through Phone, Email and Chat”
• 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 customer needs.
• 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in specialized training.
• 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns,…etc.
• 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 customer needs and assisting to solve the issue faced.
• 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 customer complaints. 
• 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 a good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction.
• Participating in the 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 and customer satisfaction by providing additional insights on how to improve them.

Targeted Qualifications

• 𝗙𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀, starting 𝗕𝟮+/𝗖𝟭 level “𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀” 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵, starting 𝗕𝟭/𝗕𝟮 level or higher.
• Previous Customer Service experience – is a plus.
• Personnel culture and a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Skills for efficient navigation of the internet and MS Office applications.

• Salary Offered: 6000 PLN – 7000 PLN Gross Monthly Salary “Depending on The language and Experience”
  • Italian Speakers 6000 PLN Gross Monthly Salary.
  • German Speakers 7000 PLN Gross Monthly Salary.

• Shift Based: Yes.
• Office based in Szczecin, Poland.
• Monday – Sunday From 9:00 to 20:00.
• Employment contract “Civil and Labour contracts”
