Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be a fundamental help for international companies by guiding them and recommending digital solutions that will help, facilitate and improve the day-to-day business needs and achieve targets and strategic goals.

You will communicate directly with top management & key decision-makers and work on starting & building a successful professional relationship.

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Connecting with top management and key decision-makers “ business 2 Business”

  • Reaching out to our clients by conducting cold calls & emails.

  • Identifying our client’s needs and seeking their insights for future needs as well.

  • Proposing the perfect digital solutions fit.

  • Setting the base for a successful and long-term professional relationship with each client.

  • Documenting through the CRM system the steps taken with the client.

Targeted Qualifications

  • 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀:
    • No previous sales experience is needed, yet sales affinity.
  • 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀:
    • 1 year of sales experience is needed.
  • Interest in sales and ideally prior working experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻.
  • B2 level or higher 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.

  • Permanent Employment Contract.
  • 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸.
  • Private Health and Life Insurance.
  • Paid trainings, long-term mentorship and ongoing coaching.
  • Relocation package – if relocated to 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗲:
    • Fly ticket once a year – 𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗘𝗨𝗥 “after 6 months”
    • 1 month accommodation.
    • 1st year of tax support “𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗘𝗨𝗥 𝗺𝗮𝘅”
    • Relocation allowance 𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗘𝗨𝗥 with receipts.
      • If an employee resigns within the first 12 months, a severance is due 𝟭𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗘𝗨𝗥.
