Job Description

  • You will be Solving technical product issues and questions that our customers, resellers and personnel report to us.
  • You will communicate directly with different stakeholders using phone, ticketing system and remote tools
  • You will be Coordinating with different teams to solve issues in a timely manner
  • You will be required to keep customers happy with prompt responses and excellent communication
  • You will report product issues to development team.
  • You will Perform โ€œknowledge managementโ€ by creating instructions and articles of frequent issues and help in the training of support personnel

Job Requirements

Must Have:

  • Fluency level of ๐—–๐Ÿญ or higher in ๐—š๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ปย Language.
  • Fluency level of๐—–๐Ÿญ or higher in ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต language
  • Strong hands-on experience in IT
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Background in technical support, software testing or application engineering.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with technical problem solving
  • Strong technical background lol
  • Customer & Quality Focus, while being Result Orientation with logical Sense of Urgency
  • Good understanding of Windows Event Logging.
  • Good understanding of CMD or Powershell (Needed)
  • Good understanding of networks (VPN, Firewall, Proxy)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel,Word,Outlook,Powerpoint)
  • Strong knowledge in Windows (Services & Task Manager)
  • Strong knowledge in Office Products (Managing Add-in, creating Rules, Office commands)
  • Strong knowledge in Web-Browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer)
  • Good communication skills & a strong Team Player.
  • Analytical thinking, Details Oriented, with strong Time Management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Understanding how to retain client satisfaction.
  • Ability to investigate problems independently (when there is e.g. no KB solution ready)

 

Good To Have:

  • BSc. or higher Degree in (Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information System)
  • 1 to 3 Years of Work Experience
  • 1 year in a similar role or with the same capacities
  • Knowledge of CCNA + MCITP/MCSA knowledge
  • Knowledge of Troubleshooting Windows Server Features (IIS, RPCoverHTTPS
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Knowledge of HTTP/2 SSL knowledge
  • Knowledge of VBScript / C#
  • Knowledge of Relational databases and database tools such as SQL and SQL Management studio
  • Basic Knowledge of DUMP, Windows ETL, Procmon, Fireshark etc. logging methods
  • Knowledge of VMWare (Emulate OS for test environment).

 

Job Location: Warsaw -Von Zuhause Aus Arbeiten / Work At Home – From Anywhere in Poland

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.

Contract Type: Annually Renewable.
