Job Description

As a Digital Client Advisor, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding individual sales targets through personalized product recommendations and client sophistication.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• Retain 10K+ clients by growing and maintaining relationships through curated animations and by leveraging event calendars relevant to your market.
• Host regular virtual and in-store appointments and drive conversion on commercial High-End events.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through personalized product recommendations and client sophistication
• Build a strong understanding of your client preferences by creating qualitative client profiling
• Develop the company’s 10K Client Portfolio by nurturing existing clients, reactivating lapsed clients, and acquiring high-value prospects by providing an exceptional omnichannel experience
• Grow High-End digital sales share by elevating the product offering.

Targeted Qualifications

• 𝗙𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗖𝟭 level or higher in one of the following languages:
  • 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀.
  • 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀.
  • 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀.
  • 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀.
  • 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀.
  • 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀.
• 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵, starting 𝗖𝟭 level or higher.
• 𝗠𝗶𝗻. 𝗼𝗳 𝟯 – 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 work experience in Luxury retail (personal shopper experience) + distance selling is needed.
• Confident to communicate with VIPs and HNWI (high net worth individuals) – both verbally and written. 
• Autonomous with a solution-driven mindset.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of client development.
• Able to travel when necessary. 
• Have an understanding of and ability to interpret analytics into recommendations.
• Have a record of accomplishment of being a top performer in your current role.
• Ability to work shift rotation (Monday to Sunday, 08 AM – 08 PM).
• Tech-savvy and computer literate.
• Passionate about styling.
