As the Digital Marketing Director, the person defines the vision and the strategy for Farah Experiences customer experience for all touch points and implements this vision for all numeric and digital platforms. She/he is responsible for the integration of all Direct Marketing promotion strategy and implementation to support and deliver Farah Experiences target.

  • Establish and manage implementation of the Customer Experience vision and strategy
  • In collaboration with the marketing and sales teams within the business units and Farah Experience assets, define and implement the vision and strategy of all digital assets and other relationship marketing activities (CRM, social media, customer service, etc.)
  • Determine the company’s growth and development strategies for strategic digital assets (website, mobile site, mobile applications, etc.) and ensure the development and business performance
  • Lead the implementation of a CRM practice in the company and guide the implementation of the program by ensuring the participation and involvement of key internal players and external stakeholders
  • Work with System and Process Manager to ensure full integration of digital platform and achieve business goals
  • Understand and ensure delivery of operational marketing and sales team needs in terms of digital platforms and relationship marketing
  • Act as advisor/expert for the company in terms of digital/numeric platforms and relationship marketing including industry best practices and trends
  • Manage digital/numeric marketing initiatives in collaboration with the operational marketing teams within the Business Units and Farah Experience assets
  • Manage the operations of Farah Experience digital platforms with internal teams and external agencies
  • Increase online revenues
  • Access Direct Marketing opportunities and Manage Direct Marketing promotions for the assets and events
    on Farah Experience to achieve business targets
  • Train and mentor team member/s on the process of creating results-driven market insights through strategy development to tactical executions
  • Support, challenge, develop and inspire team to achieve their goals and objectives
  • Track value delivered by the team through key performance indicators.
  • Manage his/her team as well as the department’s budget


As an ideal candidate you must have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or any other field deemed relevant
  • Further qualifications in the areas of digital marketing and/or customer relationship management
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in relationship marketing and interactive marketing as well as significant experience in CRM management
  • 5 years’ experience managing multinational teams, including proven experience in personnel management
  • Experience of working in the GCC region a plus
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain a relationship of trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to influence and persuade
  • Excellent strategic vision with ability to share and unite around this vision
  • Good analytical and conceptualization skills, and acumen
  • Excellent project management skills: ability to manage a large number of projects at the same time
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to adapt and work in fast-moving environment
