Employee Experience Manager – Hybrid “90% Work From Home, 10% Work From Office”

Job Description

As an EE Manager, you’ll be focused on the design, development, and implementation of measures that enhance the employee experience and increase employee engagement. The goal is to offer policies, benefits, and a work culture that attracts and retains talented employees. Ensuring that employees will always have a voice.
You will be working on improvement programs that align with the ever-changing needs of a company undergoing rapid growth. Through your exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, you will demonstrate your solutions-oriented approach to understanding and delivering what the business needs efficiently.

The successful candidate will always maintain a high degree of professionalism, representing the team internally and as a representative of the company when dealing with clients and other third parties.
A true leader providing comprehensive & professional support and advice in all areas of HR and to manage, coach, and mentor a direct report.

You already have previous experience leading and managing community initiatives. As a subject matter expert in your field, you’ll provide support to the company employees, leading by example. You will be well versed in social media, ideally with an industry qualification or your previous role track record.

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining new measures to enhance the employee experience.
    Consistently delivering all internal communication.
  • Improving the way we listen to, communicate, engage & motivate staff by ensuring that employees always have a voice.
  • Offering policies, benefits and a work culture that attracts and retains talented employees.
  • Improving the involvement of employees in shaping and influencing direction of organisation.
    Creating effective internal communications strategies.
  • Design and publish company newsletter, or other forms of communication.
  • Supporting Team Members during employee cycle and alumni.
  • Effective monitoring and reporting of KPIs to management.
  • Reporting on trends and findings and Issue and evaluate on employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Collaborates with all stakeholders to improve the Employee Experience while adhering to the company ethics & integrity policies.
  • You will be leading, coaching and skills developing of the Employer Branding specialist to deliver and excelling in their duties.

 

Targeted Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Employee Engagement Manager at least 2 years or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills English C1/C2.
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives.
  • Gaming/technology/call centre sector experience or similar.
  • Positive and driven to make a difference.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills.
  • Hands on experience with social media management.
  • A solutions-focussed mindset.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Compelling relationship-building capabilities.
  • Confidence presenting to large groups and facilitating workshops.
  • Trustworthy, supportive and creditable.
  • Fast thinker and open to change.
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
  • Ability to understand the goals, needs and strategy of both company employees & the business and translate these into deliverables.
  • Organizational maturity, with the ability to develop strategies, articulate ideas, resolves conflicts, and lead cross-functional teams to accomplish business objectives.
