Job Description

As the Head of Operation “Operation Manager,” you will be responsible for leading the Ops team, training teams in the creation, communication, and implementation of the operational strategy, while working with stakeholders to identify key priorities and opportunities to resolve customer operations process issues.ย 

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand trends in information and analyse to highlight drivers and issues, being able to implement practical and robust solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key areas of the business and externally.ย 
  • Lead the Ops team, training & quality teams in the creation, communication, and implementation of the operational strategy.
  • Assist in the delivery of excellent service ensuring seamless transaction of client processes and procedures.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify key priorities and opportunities to resolve customer operations process issues.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships and business development between key business partners.ย 
  • Create/implement site-based performance strategies ensuring resource and budget forecasts are met.
  • Attend client meetings to promote and sell the benefits of Operations initiatives.ย 
  • Set agreed targets and measure KPIs.

 

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency level of ๐—–๐Ÿญ ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต.
  • ๐— ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐Ÿฏ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐Ÿฑ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ of manager working experience, preferably from a ๐—ฆ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—–๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ/๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜ ๐—–๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ or similar
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and well-structured.
  • Ability to demonstrateย patience when communicating and solving issues.
  • Be familiar with the relevant reporting and support systems, both internal and external.
