Hotel Development Manager

International Hotel company which has a solid and reliable reputation on the market providing exclusive hotels and apartments all over the world is looking for:

Subsidiary Manager, Hotel Manager of a start-up of a new project in Luxembourg city


  • Search, negotiate and sign rent agreements for new properties, hotels and apartments through real estate agencies, internet offerings, personal contacts
  • Set up and organize renovation of new units if necessary, coordinate interaction with external construction subcontractors
  • Coordinate purchases of furniture according to specified list, organize new unit finishing, final purchases to make the new unit fully suitable for guest needs
  • Manage hotel operations, processes and teams. Organize operational work of the units, recruit line personnel (administrators and housekeepers), train and onboard
  • Hotel staff management


  • Proven management experience in hotel industry as a Hotel Manager or Rooms Division Manager / Resident Manager or Hotel Operations Manager;
  • Ability to coordinate basic renovation processes, construction subcontractors (even personal non-work experience counts);
  • Ability to negotiate real estate deals with agents and owners of properties (even personal non-work experience counts);
  • Ability to bear responsibility of the legal entity, interaction with banks/legal advisors;
  • Experience in full cycle of employee management: recruitment, training, performance management, dismissal;
  • Experience in budget forecasting, execution, adjustment.


  • Fixed salary and quarterly bonuses, up to 30% of the salary

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €3,500.00 to €4,500.00 /month
