Role Summary:
HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Job requires regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.

Essential Responsibilities:
A first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes

Effective communication with other functional areas required

Influencing peers to meet the objectives

Develops operational plan for own department

Contributions to plan of the larger unit

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with strong experience in Human Resources)

Significant experience in Employee Human Resource Management

Desired Characteristics:
Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to influence others and lead small teams

Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact

Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

Effective problem identification and solution skills

Proven analytical and organizational ability

Fluent in Swedish

The role involves frequent travels within Sweden

Locations: Sweden; Vaxjo
