HR & Office Manager

Saint-Gobain General Delegation Nordic & Baltic countries covers the Saint-Gobain Group’s businesses in the Nordic countries and Baltic States. The region has more than 12 000 employees and represents approximately 12 % of the Group net sales.

For the Saint-Gobain Nordic & Baltic headquarter in 8Tallet, Orestaden are we looking for a HR & Office Manager to support the activities in the headquarter. 8tallet is home and office for the Nordic and Baltic General Delegate and the Delegation, and the Construction Products management in the region – as well as more of the Saint-Gobain companies in the region has functions as marketing, sales management, HR and finance situated here. At the same time 8Tallet is also were our people meet from all of the region and where meetings and event are being held. The environment is at the same time international and dynamic.

In the role as HR & Office Manager you will be the single point of entry in HR issues for the employees in the group management business of app. 60 employees. You will also be responsible of the office management providing a high level of service and support to the activities in the Nordic and Baltic headquarter. To the position will report an Office Assistant and our Canteen Officer.

The job offers a variety of tasks and a large network of contacts. Your main tasks will be:

HR Manager and single-point of-contract for the office, incl recruitment, managing the HR wheel and all hands on HR task and the owner of in- and off boarding processes

Facility management – Office, Reception, Canteen

Ensure that the whole set up around meetings in the house are running optimal and organizing larger events

Contact for suppliers such as stationary, office furniture etc

The position is in development and you will have an excellent possibility to affect the activities in the position yourself.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Competencies as customer focus, teamwork, networking and listening & communication are essential for the job holder of this position. We believe you wish to combine your interest in HR and people with your administrative skills and ability to organize and make things run smoothly.

Previous experiences from a HR and/or a managerial position are preferable – and working in an international environment is an advantage but not a requirement.
