Job Description

As a Java Developer, you will have experience developing Distributed Systems.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

Good understanding of the software development process.
Professional software development experience.
Experience developing Distributed Systems.
Solid development experience in core Java.
Strong understanding and experience in the following areas:
- Ability to understand and rapidly implement efficient algorithms.
- Can recognize and correct “code smells”.
- Design patterns: when they are applicable, and their boundaries.
- Java core containers/data structures.
- Multi-threading.

Targeted Qualifications

Fluency level of 𝗖𝟮 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.
Min of 𝟱+ 𝘁𝗼 𝟳 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 experience in the same or similar role is mandatory.
Preferred, but not required experience in some of the following areas: 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀; 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻; 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁; 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘅 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴; 𝗠𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻; 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀; 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲; 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in the related field is essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Skills and certifications in: 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮; 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴; 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 are essential.
Ability to travel on occasion.
