Duties and Responsibilities:

The Junior DevOps Support Eng. will be responsible for the efficient and professional delivery of time-critical Escalated cases resolutions along with root cause investigations and recommendations to the Dev team for continuous system improvement.

Combining technical skills with a pragmatic, intelligent and solutions-based approach to problem-solving, you will lead by example in providing internal excellence.

  • You will communicate directly with IT keyusers and other stakeholders using email, phone, and remote connection tools to resolve their issues
  • Ensure that incoming requests are categorized, logged, and resolved with high customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding the system issues & finding/recommending Solutions
  • Being able to explain the cause of the incident after it’s resolution.
  • Prioritizing own queue cases effectively
  • Troubleshooting software incidents. Finding out where the incident lies, often requires investigation and understanding of e.g., the surrounding IT systems, networks, database or e.g., 3rd party applications.

Targeted Qualifications:

Must Have
  • Fluency level of ๐—–๐Ÿญย or higher in ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต language.
  • 1 year in similar role or with the same capacities.
  • Strong IT technical knowledge/background.
  • Customer & Quality Focus, while being Result Orientation with logical Sense of Urgency.
  • Good understanding of Windows ๐—˜๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด.
  • Collect basic Logs (Windows Event Viewer).
  • Knowledge of ๐—–๐—–๐—ก๐—” + ๐— ๐—–๐—œ๐—ง๐—ฃ/๐— ๐—–๐—ฆ๐—”.
  • Identifying basic ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜„๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ issues impacting customerโ€™s work.
  • Knowledge of Troubleshooting Windows Server Features (๐—œ๐—œ๐—ฆ, ๐—ฅ๐—ฃ ๐—–๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ, ๐—›๐—ง๐—ง๐—ฃ๐—ฆ).
  • Knowledge of ๐—”๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐——๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜†.
  • Basic knowledge of Relational databases and database tools such as ๐—ฆ๐—ค๐—Ÿ and ๐—ฆ๐—ค๐—Ÿ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ studio.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of ๐—ฉ๐—•๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐˜ / ๐—–++ / ๐—–#.
  • Basic understanding of ๐—–๐— ๐—— ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—ฃ๐—ผ๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—น๐—น.
  • Basic knowledge in network (๐—ก๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜„๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด, ๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฏ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€, ๐—ฉ๐—ฃ๐—ก, ๐—™๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น, ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜…๐˜†).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel,Word,Outlook,Powerpoint).
  • Windows Knowledge (Task Manager, checking server resource usage, services vs. processes).
  • Clear ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—บ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ปย skills (ability to explain things clearly).
  • Motivation to ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ป ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฝย oneself in IT technology.
  • Ability to learn efficiently new skills and adapt to new situations.
  • Good self-sense of what one knows and doesnโ€™t know and being able to admit those and develop proactively where needed.
  • ๐—”๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜†๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น thinking, Details Oriented, with strong Time Management skills.
  • Ability to work ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜‡๐—ฒ๐—ฑ under pressure (e.g., many customer cases in own queue).

  • B.Sc. or higher Degree in (Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information System)
  • 1 to 3 Years of Work Experience
  • Basic Knowledge of DUMP, Windows ETL, Procmon, Wireshark etc. logging methods
  • Collect advanced logs (Procmon, Crash Dumps)
  • Office Products (Managing Add-ins, creating Rules, Office commands)
  • VMWare (Emulate OS for test environment)
  • Deeper knowledge of Windows Servers, Web Servers (e.g., IIS), Azure AD, Firewalls, Databases, Networking, Proxies, Active Directory, Relational Databases
  • HTTP, HTTPS., SSL cert knowledge, RPC, gRPC
  • Knowledge of VMWare (Emulate OS for test environment)
