Junior Project Coordinator (temporary – 1 year)

Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
Junior Project Coordinator (temporary – 1 year)

Key activities

Liaison with management and staff to deliver efficient processing of all documentation relating to the projects

Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external administrative queries

Supporting the team with day to day activities, including the production of letters, notes, meeting minutes and reports

Creation of PowerPoint presentations and Word / Excel reports as requested by team members

Provide scheduled and ad-hoc support to different parties within business transformation program

Coordinate the schedule for team meetings, room bookings and associated facilities including assisting with arranging travel and accommodation as required to support the project team

Key Qualifications required

Experience in project support role will be an advantage

Excellent written and oral communication in English

Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project and/or other project management tools

Ability to work in an international project environment

Customer focused and a team player, able to work cross functionally

Attention to details

Highly organized, highly motivated and proactive with a “can do” attitude
