Job Description

As a lead Recruiter, you will become the expert for your division, staying abreast of market trends and data and providing clients and the wider team with insight and advice.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and assist your client group with interviewing and assessment days.
• Track performance and provide detailed reporting on your recruitment activities.
• Become the expert for your division, staying abreast of market trends and data and providing clients and the wider team with insight and advice.
• Ensure 100% achievement of the agreed KPIs with your client group.
• Use all tools including Social Media platforms to drive and create innovative ways to locate qualified individuals.
• Provide a professional and efficient service to clients and candidates, guiding your team to drive performance and meet all agreed client SLAs.
• Build strategic partnerships with your clients.
• Leverage all opportunities and avenues for candidate generation, using any agreed budgets to generate the best candidates.
• Support clients with access to data and management reports as agreed with your client group.
• Demonstrate fair and consistent processes at all times to support our company DNA.
• Support, coach, and performance manage your team to develop and grow within their role.
• Work in collaboration with Senior members of the Recruitment team to ensure that the resources are appropriately planned/allocated to meet all client requirements supporting new business growth. 

Targeted Qualifications

• Fluency level of 𝗖𝟭 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗸.
• Fluency level of 𝗕𝟮 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to report on ROI.
• Knowledge and experience to demonstrate the ability to support a new start-up.
• Excellent IPS & communication skills.
• Proven successful recruitment experience.
• Highly organized, good computer skills, proficient in all Google and Microsoft applications.
• An understanding of recruitment systems and best practice methods.
• Consultative approach.
• Professional, proactive, positive, and with a “can-do” attitude.
• Volume recruiting within an international contact center.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent influencing skills.
• High level of resilience.
