OBIEE/Oracle Database Developer

Role: OBIEE/Oracle Database Developer

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Languages: Fluent English (Fluent Dutch would be beneficial)

Rate: all in hourly rate in EUR

*Must have an EU/British Passport*

Main tasks / deliverables are:

• Analyzing and Designing, Developing and Adapting the Oracle / OBIEE reporting solutions;
• Creating reports in OBIEE delivering end-user functionality;
• Performing tests of various types
• Driving Continuous Delivery improvements

Work environment:

You will work in the OBIEE-Chapter working for the Team delivering IT solutions and services for Risk COO. The teams operate according to the Scrum Agile development process. The focus is on high-quality secure-critical software delivered in time.

Main development technologies include: Oracle and OBIEE.

You also have:

• A completed study at least at HBO level;
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant (IT) function within a development environment of a large and complex organization, preferably a financial institution
• Senior expertise in OBIEE
• Medior/Senior expertise in Oracle database development
• At least 3 years of experience of working in large data warehouses ( > 1 TB)
• Extensive banking experience, preferably in the area of Credit Risk.
• Experience with working in cross-functional BizDevOps teams using the Agile / Scrum methodology
• Experience with automating working processes
