Job Description

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for organizing the office layout, operations, and procedures while assisting all employees with office-related queries.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for office mail correspondence, welcoming guests, assuring office maintenance, and arranging necessary repairs.
  • Assist HR with all health and safety protocols that must be applied to the office according to the Labour Law legislation.
  • Work closely with the HR Department for relocation and employee onboarding.
  • Organize the office layout, operations, and procedures.
  • Assure that all weekly and monthly office orders are in place.
  • Assist all employees with office-related queries.
  • Assist potential business trip arrangements.
  • Being the main liaison towards office vendors and identifying the most efficient office vendors/suppliers.
  • Assist HR by arranging celebrations, team building, and conferences.

 

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency level of ๐—–๐Ÿญ/๐—–๐Ÿฎ ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต.
  • Great team spirit and a creative personality.
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities is necessary.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • University Degree in a relevant field is considered a plus.ย 
  • ๐— ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐Ÿญ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ as office administrator/manager or similar.
  • Professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a timely manner.
