Job Description
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing the customer strategy and tactical operation of the project/program.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews to the management and to clients.
- Provide guidance pertaining to business intelligence, staffing, training, sales, scheduling, & reward/recognition programs.
- Deliver strong growth for Customers by exceeding defined targets for revenue growth and CPE.
- Ensure the coordination/set up of accounts and territories for all teams.
- Determine the best use of team resources in order to meet revenue quota and goals.
- Steer the setup of a customer-centric environment.
- Ability to analyze the competitive environment of the customer and raise of market share.
- Standardise & continuously improve processes, methodologies, and execution practices to ensure stability and consistent growth of the program.
- Work with supervisor/team lead to ensure that appropriate processes are being followed.
- Responsible for executing the customer strategy and tactical operation of the project/program.
- Ensure the service provided meets or exceeds expectations in the KPIs.
- The interface between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams within the program.
- Understand business needs and translate those needs into people skills and strategies.
Targeted Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ๐๐ป๐ด๐น๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐ญ or higher.
- Associate Degree is essential (Bachelor’s Degree is preferred)
- A minimum of
- ๐ด ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ/๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐, including Sales management experience, is needed.
- ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ including a minimum of 2 years experience as a ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ง/Related Industries.
- ๐ฎ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ in management of managers.
- ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ experience in Account Management.
- ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ of working experience in a general CRM environment.
- Excellent organizational, and administrative skills and acute attention to detail.
- Interpersonal and team-working skills, engaging positively with all members of the team and providing leadership and support.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and English (both oral and written)
- Strong presenting/training skills.
- Professional and cooperative, ensuring an effective working partnership with Stakeholders, subject specialists, and staff.
