We have an incredible opportunity for two experienced receptionists to join our exciting new internet based, 24-hour office scheme in Cardiff city centre. The successful candidates will work with one of Wales’ most innovative developers.

W2O is Cardiff’s largest flexible office space, where freelancers and small businesses can rent offices and meeting rooms by the day, week or month.

W2O is a new creative space that is looking to recruit two well presented, professional and confident individuals to join our team.

This is a new exciting role for two organised receptionists with an eye for detail, proactive approach and a good telephone manner.

  • Reception – answering calls, meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing bookings coming in
  • Daily running of the space
  • Deliveries
  • Keeping the space tidy and clean
  • Administration duties
  • Opening & closing the space
  • Front of house duties
  • Excellent customer service, communication and client/external interface skills
  • Sales skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in terms of working patterns

Salary is dependent on experience

Hours: 8am – 1pm / 1pm – 6pm (guide)

Hours will be split between two part time staff members
