Portuguese Telesales Account Manager – Barcelona (Contact Centre)

As Telesales, reporting to Team Leader, your tasks will be:

Develop revenue to reach agreed business objectives.

Proactively generate, profile, qualify new business and existing customer sales opportunities.

Provide an efficient, effective, enthusiastic and professional customer service over the telephone.

Achieve business objectives and customer (internal and external) satisfaction: Increase and maximize business opportunities.

Deliver a high level of customer service.

Build an engaged and talented team.

Generate an open and respectful communication, stimulate and harmonize relations within the company to ensure dialogue, exchange, cohesion and understanding.

Performance Sales Perform outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to identify and create sales opportunities.

Conduct telephone based targeted sales campaigns and reach sales targets and deadlines.

Follow script sales dialogue to maximise information received from the customer.

Deliver performance of the appropriate quantity and quality that as a minimum meets the agreed business objectives.

Build strong relationships with the clients to exceed the targets by developing the telesales strategy.

Meet the targets of company and search constantly for new revenue generating opportunities.

Identify, contact and generate leads to gain market share.

Follow-up specific marketing campaigns.

Implement business agreement.

Performance Service Deliver a service to customers which meets Avis Budget Group standards and procedures.

Actively participate in assessing quality issues and improvements.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns.

Promote and drive Avis Budget Group philosophy through our values and regular communication.

Personally demonstrate within all business activities the behavioural values.

Comply and ensure high standards of health & safety and “plan de prevención” are respected.

Process Follow current processes and procedures.

Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.

Maintain data integrity of record stored (AWD setup, customer data changes)

Send sales proposals, sales contract, terms & conditions based on ABGCC templates. Conduct post sales follow up.

Requisitos mínimos

Portuguese: Native

Windows based technology

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

Oral and written professionalism (B to B environment)

Sales negotiation, portfolio management

Hunting / new business generation

Farming / Account Management

Incorporation: 1st of September


Sales / Telesales / Commercial highly preferred

CRM software (Salesforce) preferred
