Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Expert for Education, you’ll deliver product demonstrations to teachers, school leaders, administrators and educational organizations while traveling regionally.
You’ll support the growing usage of the Client’s products while accommodating the client’s needs and adjusting the offered programs according to their business expansions and future plans.
You will always maintain a high degree of professionalism, representing the team and the company when dealing with clients and other third parties.

Locations “One Pre-sales Expert is needed for each Location”:

    • Krakow – Covering Małopolskie voivodeship
    • Warsaw – Covering Mazowieckie voivodeship
    • Lublin – Covering Lubelskie voivodeship
    • Gdansk – Covering Pomorskie voivodeship
    • Wroclaw – Covering Dolnośląskie voivodeship
    • Poznan – Covering Wielkopolskie voivodeship

 

From Monday to Friday “Business Week”

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • You’ll deliver product demonstrations to teachers, school leaders and administrators.
  • Traveling regionally, you’ll meet both face to face and remotely, acting as an expert with an ability to pitch the solution effectively.
  • You’ll help educational organizations learn about and engage with the Client for Education team to evaluate the products and services offered, working alongside the country lead to identify and drive new opportunities.
  • You’ll support the growing usage of Client’s products by working with existing customers to help them increase adoption.
  • You will own a pipeline of upcoming visits, coordinating with customers to prepare and deliver exciting, hands-on demonstrations.
  • With your own kit including devices, you’ll help teachers and school leaders see the benefits of Client’s for Education’s tools.
  • You will be working on improvement programs that align with the ever-changing needs of company undergoing rapid growth. Through your exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, you will demonstrate your solutions-oriented approach to understanding and delivering what the business needs efficiently.
  • You won’t need to close any sales deals, but you need to create interest in the proposed solution.
  • You will always maintain a high degree of professionalism, representing the team and the company when dealing with clients and other third parties.

 

Targeted Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proven work experience in sales or similar role “sales support / Lead generation team / Training…etc”
  • Written and verbal communication skills Polish C2 level.
  • Written and verbal communication skills English C1 level or higher.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Driving license category “B
  • Ability to understand the goals, needs and strategy of both the company & the clients and translate these into deliverables and ideal solutions.
  • Positive and driven to make a difference.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills.
  • Hands on experience with sales technics, negotiations, and relevant metrics.
  • A solutions-focussed mindset.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Compelling relationship building capabilities.
  • Confidence presenting to large groups and facilitating workshops.
  • Trustworthy, supportive and creditable.
  • Fast thinker and open to change.
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
  • Experience working with teams remotely.

  • Previous experience in an educational organization.
  • Experience using technology in teaching and learning.
