In order to strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of

Professional Business Development Manager SEE, Unit Air Freight m/w, 40 Wochenstunden (Start ASAP)

• Implementing air freight development programs, projects and initiatives in close cooperation with the regional Air Freight Business Development team
• Recording and analysing the existing air freight infrastructure, its strength, weaknesses and growth opportunities and providing change proposals
• Ensuring the visibility of business development activities through sales/customer pipeline
• Implementing and training global air freight development guidelines, instructions and processes
• Driving for development and closure of right sized accounts
• Supporting tender management teams for air freight pricing of strategic tenders with business knowledge
• Training and coaching KAM/Sales functions to improve their understanding of air freight products and industry solutions

Requirements
Requirements

• Knowledge in airline industry and related Business experience
• Insights and solid understanding of Asia-Europe as well as North America-Europe trades
• Ability to write and speak in English
• Think entrepreneurially, able to build/maintain relationships and be good with numbers
• Skilled user of Excel and PowerPoint
• Driving licence, readines to travel (20-30%)

The Austrian collective agreement covering the position described stipulates a minimum salary of € 28.044,80 (gross) per annum. An extra salary component that conforms to the current salary structure on the market will also be offered in line with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
