Job Description

As a Renewals Specialist, you will be acting as the focal point of contact for the clientโ€™s post-sales installed-base support services sales for both ๐—ž๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฆ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜€.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively create new service sales opportunities for selected customers and/or channel partners in his/her assigned territory via telephone and email.
  • Project management skills in directing or coordinating services sales support activities on complex sales,ย support sales teams & managers.
  • Follow client processes with client back-office sales support teams for quotations, configurations, amendments, order booking, contract activations, and/or the resolution of issues.
  • Develop end customer knowledge, create service deals in SFDC/CRM with customer contact and profiling information, and continuously update progress for his/her services opportunities accurately.
  • Act as the focal point of contact for clientโ€™s post-sales installed-base support services sales for both ๐—ž๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฆ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜€.
  • Maximize client data & reports to profile and qualify client’s installed base for up-sell, cross-sell, upgrade, and/or multiple services attach opportunities.
  • Efficiently handle customer and partner inquiries. Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners, improving TCE with clients.
  • Build an aftermath (post-sales) pipeline through client reports, cold calls, marketing leads, executive introductions, or his/her own network.
  • Submit services deals to country teams and/or back office teams for Deal pricing, simulation, and approvals when needed.
  • Engage directly with customers to sell more services โ€“ up-sells/cross sales/upgrades.

 

Targeted Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • ๐—ž๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—–๐Ÿฎ ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—น.
    • ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต ๐—–๐Ÿญ or higher.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
  • A degree in a relevant field is essential.
  • A minimum of:
    • ๐Ÿฑ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ experience in Inside Sales
      • ๐—ž๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป/๐—ฆ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—˜๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ is needed.
      • OR ๐—๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป Experience is needed.
    • ๐Ÿฐ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ experience in ๐—œ๐—ง ๐—›๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜† or general IT with good IT hardware product knowledge, experience selling in ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐˜ ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ ๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ.
    • ๐Ÿฐ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ experience in Account Management.
    • ๐Ÿฎ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, MS Dynamics etc.).
    • ๐Ÿฎ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ experience in Customer Relationship Management (Physical Engagement).
  • High level of Microsoft Excel skills and good computer skills.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines and quotas.
  • Experience in Telemarketing/Telesales.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Have good interpersonal and team-working skills, allowing them to engage positively with all members of their team and provide leadership and support, where required.
  • Previous product or service or renewal sales experience in the IT industry is a plus.
