As a Renewals Specialist, you will be acting as the focal point of contact for the client’s post-sales installed-base support services sales for both 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively create new service sales opportunities for selected customers and/or channel partners in his/her assigned territory via telephone and email.
- Project management skills in directing or coordinating services sales support activities on complex sales, support sales teams & managers.
- Follow client processes with client back-office sales support teams for quotations, configurations, amendments, order booking, contract activations, and/or the resolution of issues.
- Develop end customer knowledge, create service deals in SFDC/CRM with customer contact and profiling information, and continuously update progress for his/her services opportunities accurately.
- Act as the focal point of contact for client’s post-sales installed-base support services sales for both 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀.
- Maximize client data & reports to profile and qualify client’s installed base for up-sell, cross-sell, upgrade, and/or multiple services attach opportunities.
- Efficiently handle customer and partner inquiries. Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners, improving TCE with clients.
- Build an aftermath (post-sales) pipeline through client reports, cold calls, marketing leads, executive introductions, or his/her own network.
- Submit services deals to country teams and/or back office teams for Deal pricing, simulation, and approvals when needed.
- Engage directly with customers to sell more services – up-sells/cross sales/upgrades.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝟮 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹.
- 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝟭 or higher.
- Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
- A degree in a relevant field is essential.
- A minimum of:
- 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 experience in Inside Sales
- 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗻/𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 is needed.
- OR 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 Experience is needed.
- 𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 experience in 𝗜𝗧 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 or general IT with good IT hardware product knowledge, experience selling in 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.
- 𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 experience in Account Management.
- 𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, MS Dynamics etc.).
- 𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 experience in Customer Relationship Management (Physical Engagement).
- 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 experience in Inside Sales
- High level of Microsoft Excel skills and good computer skills.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines and quotas.
- Experience in Telemarketing/Telesales.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Have good interpersonal and team-working skills, allowing them to engage positively with all members of their team and provide leadership and support, where required.
- Previous product or service or renewal sales experience in the IT industry is a plus.
- Self-assured, Feel very confident and positive about yourself and your abilities.
- Resilient, Able to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
- Strong negotiation skills, planning, and analytical thinking
