Job Description
As a SaaS BDM, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development with the client’s products and services in the DACH region.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing exemplary customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Building and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and industry associations
- Actively participating in performance enablement through learning & development and achievement of performance goals.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy for the DACH region in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Monitoring and reporting on business performance metrics and making recommendations for improvement.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales and account activity in a CRM.
- Developing and presenting proposals to prospective customers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to exceed sales targets.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that may impact the company’s business in the region.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by researching & analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, project management, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
Targeted Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป โ ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐บ๐๐บ ๐๐ญ ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ต๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in ๐๐ป๐ด๐น๐ถ๐๐ต โ ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐บ๐๐บ ๐๐ญ ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ต๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field with SaaS applications in the DACH region.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals at the same time.
- Willingness to work/attend meetings – from Belfast Hub from time to time.
- Ability to exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work productively in a remote environment.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of the company’s products or services and industry trends
- The right to live and work and be resident in the UK or the Republic of Ireland.ย
Good to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field
- Experience of ๐ ๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ง๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
- Experience of using ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
