Sales & Business Development Executive

Owing to company’s growth and success we are on a lookout for a Sales & Business Development Executive with a proven track record.

The role:

• Achieve daily goals by calling and following up with customers as part of various sales campaigns.
• Track and manage opportunities through social media channels and other sources.
• Represent the brand mission and communicate the value of our offering to potential customers.
• Continually close business to exceed monthly & annual sales targets for sign-ups to the website and offline customers.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A person hungry for success, a self-starter who is happy to make a high volume of outbound calls, is not put off by a few ‘No’s’ on the telephone and happy to be mostly office based. 20%-30% of your time spent out meeting clients who wish to have a face to face meeting.
• 5 years experience in sales
• Must be fluent (speak, read and write) in English
• Have an excellent telephone manner and presentable for face to face meetings with clients
• Be Goal driven
• Demonstrated ability to achieve individual sales goals and on working on your own initiative

• A diligent process driven person who ensures no sales slip through the net.

Some Plusses

• 5 years sales experience of sales within the hair and beauty industry would be advantageous but not essential
• A team player – you have a track record of working collaboratively as part of a larger team on a mission.

• Be super organized and process-oriented
• A solid communicator – you enjoy working with people both inside and outside the company
