Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Rep., you will be responsible for engaging continuously existing agency or advertisers clients (by telephone, chat, and/or email) in order to identify new sales opportunities and provide them with the most effective business solutions.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive the most favorable and appropriate product adoption to optimize clients’ experience.
• Promote and create successful advertiser stories that successfully grew their business by using Social Media Account products.
• Engage continuously existing Agency or advertiser clients (by telephone, chat, and/or email) in order to identify new sales opportunities and provide them with the most effective business solutions.
• Grow into an expert on all Social Media Account Advertising solutions.
• Review and conduct marketing campaigns on behalf of clients and monitor their success.
• Provide high-quality pre & post-sales assistance for all applicable products when possible.
• Lead Advertiser businesses to success through the effective use of various communications tools.
• Analyse campaign trends and report on any challenging developments as early as possible.

Targeted Qualifications

• Language Fluency
  • 𝗛𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝟮 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹.
  • and 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝟮 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Previous experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Sales-oriented & entrepreneurial personality with the ability to go above and beyond.
• Self-motivated with high levels of work ethics
• A degree or relevant professional qualification in the field of marketing is a plus
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and people skills
• Full eligibility to work in Germany.
