Job Description

As a Sales Rep. “Retention”, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Keep up to date with the financial markets.
• Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers.
• Promote the company’s products and services.
• Increase chances of future sales.

Targeted Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 – 𝗖𝟭 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 – 𝗕𝟮 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 or higher.
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets.
• Previous experience in the same or similar role from 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘅 & 𝗖𝗙𝗗 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 (at least 𝟲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 worth within the last 12 – 18 months) is mandatory.
• Great objection-handling skills.
• Computer savviness.
• Management and mathematics skills.
