Job Description

As a Sales Retention Agent, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Keep up to date with the financial markets.
Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers.
Increase chances of future sales.
Promote the company’s products and services.

Targeted Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 + 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 – 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝟭 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿.
Previous experience in the same or similar role from Forex & CFD Industry (at least 6 months worth within the last 12-18 months) is mandatory
Ability to work with deadlines & targets
Computer savviness
Great objection-handling skills
Management and mathematics skills
The company will sponsor VISA for non-EU candidates if needed “COuntry of origin must have an Embassy of Cyprus”
