Job Description

As a SAP Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you are responsible for supporting sales to delivery handover & customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to customer release and maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to the liaison with different SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.
  • Contribute to onboarding/transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Ensure faster onboarding of associates: mandatory training documentation.
  • Support in de-escalations of critical customer situations.
  • Support sales to delivery handover & customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Support customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle.
  • Support in reviewing account status and analyzing if the account needs to be transitioned to another team.
  • Manage the overall service/project delivery.
  • Enable continuous refresher sessions on new topics.
  • Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement.

  • A degree in IT, Computer sciences, or a related field will be considered an advantage

  • Technical expertise in SAP Basis area with a minimum of ๐—™๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—บ ๐Ÿฎ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐Ÿฐ+๐—ฌ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—ผ๐—ณ experience
