Job Description

As a ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—•๐˜‚๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐—”๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜†๐˜€๐˜, you will draw inferences from the process details available, dig deep into details and link these findings together to form the big picture accurately and efficiently while considering the business objectives and identifying the process improvements.

Youโ€™ll have the ability to ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—ณ๐˜†, ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ป, ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ and ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ณ๐˜† all the information related to each process. Youโ€™ll be part of the transformation/Project team who will lead this major change in the organization to ๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ and efficiently deliver the ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐˜€ย needed for the business and drive change while working closely with the Ops, IT, Quality, PM Stakeholders.

You will already have at least ๐Ÿฑ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ย of previous experience in Business analysis/Consultancy.

You will be well versed in ๐˜€๐˜†๐˜€๐˜๐—ฒ๐—บ ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜๐˜† ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒย types, always eager to know the why behind every step of the process and work on improving it.

The successful candidate will always maintain a high degree of professionalism, representing the team internally and as a representative of the company when dealing with clients.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด existing processes and ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ดย improved ones.
  • ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜ business requirements from stakeholders and ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜€๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒย it into a process.
  • Youโ€™ll be holding meetings, ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ดย processes, collecting data, analyzing information, and performing related tasks.
  • ๐—”๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜†๐˜€๐—ฒ business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be ๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ or ๐—ฎ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ.
  • ๐——๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด procedures and presenting new process designs to stakeholders for discussion.
  • Youโ€™ll manage ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฒย and lead process redesign workshops.
  • Monitoring, measuring, and providing ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธย on process performance.
  • Youโ€™ll ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒย business users responsible for managing and operating business processes.
  • Youโ€™ll apply your knowledge of business process modeling notation (๐—•๐—ฃ๐— ๐—ก) to documenting processes.

Targeted Qualifications

  • ๐Ÿฑ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ prior in a similar role, Business analysis/Consultancy with a technical background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต โ€“ ๐—–๐Ÿฎ
  • Must have knowledge of process ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด and business process ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด.
  • Knowledge of process mapping โ€œ๐—•๐—ฃ๐— ๐—กโ€ and โ€œ๐—ง๐—ข๐—š๐—”๐—™โ€ architectural framework.
  • Deep understanding of different types of ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜€/ ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜๐˜† systems/ ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐˜€โ€ฆetc.
  • ๐—š๐—ผ ๐—š๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ, always finds ๐—š๐—ผ ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—น๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€ย that fits perfectly with the Organizationโ€™s strategy and systems.
